Naughty or nice, walker or runner, come breathe in the December night air, burn a few holiday calories and give back to others. A fun and festive dash around Dexter that will take you through the neighborhood light displays and get you into the holiday spirit! This charity event donates $5 of your entry fee to local Dexter charities!

The first 500 registered participants receive a flashing or jingling piece of flare!

Custom beanies to all entrants and custom snowman medals for all 5K finishers! Festive medals for all 1 mile finishers.

BACK for 2018! If you've been enjoying the Holiday Hustle hats but missing shirts, we're giving you the option to purchase a shirt in addition to your hat for $12. Shirts must be purchased by November 20th. There will be no shirts for sale on race day.

'Tis the Season for giving

Holiday Hustle is excited to partner once again with Karen's Trail. Karen's Trail honors the life and legacy of Karen McKeachie - world class triathlete, athletic pioneer, community leader, and a force of nature to all of us who knew her! Karen's Trail celebrates what Karen loved most by expanding recreational opportunities for everyone in the region. Your support will enable construction of the entire 70 mile Border-to-Border trail system within the next five years. This will be a paved, non-motorized trail that follows the Huron River all the way from its entry into Washtenaw County just south of Pinckney until its exit into Wayne County near Belleville. Help us to honor Karen!

The Karen's Trail project is also enthusiastically supported by the Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative, and the Friends of the Border to Border Trail.

BACK FOR 2018! HOLIDAY TRIO SERIES!

If you finish the Run Scream Run 5K or 10K, and the Ann Arbor Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5K you are eligible to complete the Holiday Trio Series! Finishers of the Run Scream Run 5K or 10K, Turkey Trot 5K and Holiday Hustle 5K will receive all three race medals, which connect to form an awesome holiday themed finish line! Finishers of the Holiday Trio Series will also receive a color changing MAGIC MUG! Must be registered for all three events by November 15, 2018 to be included in the trio!

Terms & Agreements

I know the Holiday Hustle is a potentially hazardous activity. The dangers inherent to racing include but are not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including low temperatures and ice, lightning, and loose trails, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release all volunteers and sponsors, The State of Michigan, The City of Dexter, RF Events, Running Fit and its employees from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this. I also grant the use of my voice and any and all recorded and or filmed/video/ photographed footage of me, and further waive all rights to any compensation, as a result of my name or likeness being used in any way. I understand that RF Events will not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties. I understand that E-mail addresses are shared with the photography company for the sole purpose of sending me my race day photo.
Sorry, no refunds, deferrals and or entry fee transfer to another RF Events' event.

• Change distance up to 30 days from the race, $10 change fee plus the current difference in the event entry fee, no refund for shorter event fee. Less than 30 days out until one week out from event, $15 change fee plus the difference as explained above. Race day transfer fee $20 plus any fee difference.

Once a race is SOLD OUT, transfers to another distance will only be allowed on race day, when possible.

• Entry transfer to another person until 30 days from the race, transfer fee $15 plus the difference in price if the person you are transferring to (transferee) is choosing a higher priced event. Less than 30 days out until one week out from event, transfer entry fee $20 plus the difference as described above. No race day transfers to someone else.

No transfers to another person for sold out events.

• Participants unable to participate may pick up their runner packet / shirt at the registration area. No race packet / shirt pick up once Registration and Packet Pickup closes.

All RF Events individual race registrations earn you points towards our "Run More, Earn More Rewards" program! All you have to do to start earning reward points is register for any of our races. No rewards program login required! We do need you to register with the same billing e-mail address for all of your events with us... that's it! We take care of the rest.
