As part of our "ScareCrew", we promise you a screamin' good time!
Volunteers must be 16 or older unless permission has been given by the Race Director. Parking volunteers must be 18 or older.
Spooky Job Descriptions
Packet Pick up: Work Friday night registration, hand out packets, stay after for some haunted fun!
Set Up: Set up for the race, make it spooky!
Parking: Direct cars to their spots, keep people in line!
Park & Run: Park cars and then go run the race! Must register for the race separately.
Registration/ Finish Line: Sign people up, give them a number, and then see them again in the finish line!
Aid Station: Cheer the runners on, water them, direct them!
Course Volunteer: Tell people where to go! Don't scare them [too] badly!
Zero Waste: What could be more fun then sorting through recycling? Composting donuts? Help us make our events zero waste.
Costume Contest Chief: Help judge the costume contest and distribute awards to participants!
Finish Line & Tear Down: Direct people in the finish line, then break down said finish line [and the rest of the race.]
Forest Terrorizers & Tear down: You get to dress up as scary as you can, scare people, and then help take the race down [dressed as something scary, what could be better??]
