With a bit of planning, Run Woodstock can set our souls free and help us leave the real world behind. Enjoy the woods, the camp and the music. Get ready to mellow out, man!
Read on for information that will get you FULLY PREPARED for a weekend of peace, music & RUNNING!
PACKET PICK UP
Race gear pick up and late registration will take place at Run Woodstock's location - 20120 Bartell Rd., Gregory, MI 48137.
FRIDAY, September 6th, 2024
9AM-1PM - 100M/100K
3PM-7PM - 5M-50M
SATURDAY, September 7th, 2024
5AM until 15 minutes prior to each race start
If you purchased additional weekend passes, food tickets, or extra race shirts, they must also be picked up at packet pick up.
100M AND 100K RUNNERS - ALL of your race gear and add-ons will be pre-bagged and awaiting you. Please keep your eyes out for a 100M/K specific pre-race e-mail.
We strongly encourage all runners to pick up their own race gear. It is important for runners to verify their data and make any necessary changes. If it is not possible for you to pick up your own packet, you may have someone pick it up for you. That person will be responsible for turning in the runner's SIGNED WAIVER and verifying personal race information. Race numbers and shirt will not be given out without a SIGNED WAIVER.
Packet pick up will be toward the front of the campground, not up near the main stage and Start/Finish.
If you've signed up for camping you will receive a pass in the mail that allows you to drive in to your site.
PARKING FOR ALL OTHER RACE PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS IS JUST ACROSS from packet pick up! If you do not have reserved camping please do not attempt to drive in to the campground, park in the main lot!

7:30PM - Funky Bus 5K (Must have pre-registered, no race weekend registration)
7:30PM - Far Out 5K* (Weekend Pass & Headlamp Required)

6:00AM - Peace, Love & 50 Miles and Freak 50K
7:30AM - Hippie Half Marathon and Mellow Full Marathon
8:00AM - Flower Power 5 Mile
3:15PM - One Mile Fun Run and Kids' Dash (Registration required)
7:30PM - Feelin' Groovy 5K* (Weekend Pass & Headlamp Required)
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2024
8:30AM - Free Love 5 Mile* (Weekend Pass Required)
* - A Weekend Pass is included with your paid race registration. These races do not receive medals, only collectors buttons.
RACE MORNING RESTROOMS
The Run Woodstock Port-O-Johns are located at the Start/Finish area. Give yourself extra time race morning to park and take care of any last minute pre-race details... the farthest parking spot from the front gate to the start is ~.25 mile.
Sunrise will not be until 7:08AM on Saturday so you may want to pack a headlamp!

NOW! On to some random but essential Run Woodstock information:
Run Woodstock camping and rest areas are COMMUNE STYLE, man! Sites may not be perfectly flat or shaped in a perfect rectangle like you are used to in a traditional campground! Dig the Run Woodstock vibes, man! Let's all try to remember what this weekend is all about. PEACE, music, mellowing out and RUNNING! Check out the groovy commune code here. Try not to yell at any, Roadies... ya dig?
PACKING FOR RUN WOODSTOCK
Bring stuff! There is no restriction on what you can bring to Run Woodstock so fill those coolers! There is no alcohol FOR SALE on site, so be sure to BYOBeverages! Remember to HYDRATE while you dehydrate and pack some water! There is limited food for sale on Friday night and Saturday afternoon but pack some fun easy food for energy (and some extra to share)!
Please remember to hydrate! Pack that water!
