PRICING
- Per person double occupancy for 7 nights Jan 30 - Feb 6, Deluxe Jr. Suite Tropical View, $2990 per person based upon double occupancy. Price is based on one person in the room being a World of Hyatt Member. If not a member, price increases by $296. It's free to join!
- Limited upgrade rooms - pricing available upon request.
- Single & Triple Occupancy pricing available upon request.
- Children under 12 stay free. Child 12 & older is triple occupancy. Child will require airfare & transportation.
INCLUDES
- Roundtrip Delta nonstop scheduled air from Detroit to Cancun (The air portion is $800) Land only option available upon request.
- Deluxe all-inclusive plans include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and drinks. Multiple international specialty dining options along with a la carte, buffet, grill, cafe and bars!

EXCURSIONS
- 2 Add-on group excursions will be planned for this trip. Details and pre-pay link will be sent out early January! Expect one land adventure and one water adventure...with tons of FUN in between!
PAYMENT
- Deposit of $515 per room. We only have 39 rooms & 80 Delta seats locked in at this cost. Pay deposit ASAP to get this guaranteed rate! We expect to sellout for 2026!
- Second payment $1000 per person is due by October 22 by check to RF Events.
- Final payment is due by January 3, 2026 by check to RF Events.

LAND PORTION
- Full cancellation until October 22, 2025
- $220 cancellation fee from October 23, 2025 to January 2, 2026
- No cancellation after January 2, 2026
Airfare portion is non-refundable.
