Thank you for signing up to volunteer for the Super 5K!

Get in the game and help out!

Volunteers must be 18 or older unless permission has been given by the Race Director.

Saturday Registration and Packet Pick Up: Work Saturday registration, hand out packets, pump up the crowd.

Referee of Road Rage: Get the cars off the road and into parking spots! You have all been there...waiting in a long line of vehicles nervously before the race. Be a hero and get those cars parked! Are you up for the challenge? Hut! Hut! Hike!

Set Up/ Tear Down/ Sunday floater: Help get everything race ready, and then you'll be re-assigned! Everybody loves a mystery. Until it's time to tear it all down!

Sunday Packet Pick up, Registration, & Finish Line/Clean Up Crew: Work Sunday registration, hand out packets & then get reassigned to the finish line!

Finish Line & Clean Up Crew: Hand out awards, water, and maintain order around the finish line area. And then pack up the whole thing and ship it out!

Course Marshal: Tell people where to go!

Race Ambassador: Make sure that the race goes smoothly through Novi by helping facilitate traffic in the neighborhoods! Great ambassadors can even bring their bikes to move quickly around the neighborhood like a superhero.

Aid Station: Cheer the runners on and hydrate them!

Food Hostess/Indoor Cleanup: Set up the food area, serve the food and put it all away again. This is a great job for someone wanting to avoid the winter weather.

Zero Waste: Help us reduce our impact on the environment. You will help folks with sorting recycle, compost and trash.

Want to go a little Beyond?

Course Marshal Captain: Know the ins and outs of the course, and direct your fellow course marshals! They will need to meet with the race organizers before the event to learn the course & learn where to place course marshals.

Aid Station Captain: Know where the aid station is located, instruct volunteers on how to work an aid station & be responsible for coordinating with race organizers to make sure aid station supplies are delivered on time and placed correctly.
