2017 Uncorked Crew!
Thank you for signing up to volunteer for Running Between the Vines 5K. 5 mile and Half Marathon!
Volunteers must be 18 or older, unless prior approval has been given by the Race Director.
Friday Registration and Packet Pick Up: Work Friday registration and hand out packets at Sandhill Crane Winery the evening before the race.
Saturday Parkin' Crew: Get the cars off the road and into parking spots! You have all been there...waiting in a long line of vehicles nervously before the race. Be a hero and get those cars parked! Are you up for the challenge?
Set Up: Help get everything race ready! Enjoy a little behind the scenes action!
Race Day Packet Pick up, Registration, & Finish Line: Work morning registration, hand out shirts and packets & then get reassigned to the finish line!
Finish Line & Clean Up Crew: Hand out awards, water and maintain order around the finish line area. And then pack up the whole thing and ship it out!
Course Volunteer: We will assign you a spot along the course to cheer the runners on and to keep them moving in the right, or left, direction! Yuk. Yuk. Yuk. Costume not required, but why wouldn't you???
Aid Station: Cheer the runners on and hydrate them!
After Party: A real crowd pleaser! You will get to assist with wine tasting and food sampling when the participants return from their run! Who doesn't love someone who is handing them free wine and cheese!
