Volunteer Opportunities

RACE DAY - SATURDAY, JUNE 9, 2018

Volunteers must be 18 or older unless prior permission has been given by the race director.

Set Up: Get the dirt quarters set up, Prepare the registration area, Help the race come together before the race.

Registration: Distribute bibs, answer questions, meet lots of nice people.

Finish Line: Keep everything organized at the finish line.

Awards: Organize the awards area. Then hand out the awards! Assist at the finish line if needed.

Finish Line Food Table: Organize the bagels, muffins & bananas for early finishers. Keep it organized & refreshed and hand out to the runners.

Zero Waste Crew: Assist the zero waste captain to educate, sort & divert trash into recycling, composting & trashy trash.

Tear Down: Once the excitement is settling, take everything down and pack it up!

Point & Cheer: Direct runners on the course, tell people where to go.

Aid Station: Re-fuel, water, cheer and aid runners

Parking: Make as many cars fit into any given area as possible

If you are available to work more than one shift, we would love that! But please make sure not to select shifts that overlap.
If you are running a race or plan on doing a scheduled activity, please do not select a job that conflicts with your other commitments.
