Friday and Saturday FUN and helping out!
Volunteers must be 18 or older, unless prior approval has been given by the Race Director.
Friday Registration and Packet Pick Up: Work Friday registration and hand out packets at The Rathskeller.
Saturday Set Up/ Floater: Help get everything race ready, and then you'll be re-assigned! Everybody loves a mystery. Until it's time to tear it all down!
Saturday Registration/Finish Line/Float: Work Saturday registration, hand out shirts and packets & then get reassigned to the finish line & clean up crew!
Saturday Finish Line & Clean Up Crew: Hand out awards, water and maintain order around the finish line area. And then pack up the whole thing and ship it out!
GLEANERS - Saturday Food/Host/Clean Up Crew: Help out with food truck lines and the post-race party. Then, after all the people go home, help load the trucks!
Saturday Course Volunteer: We will assign you a spot along the course to cheer the runners on and to keep them moving in the right, or left, direction!
Saturday Aid Station: Set up water, hand out water, clean up and bring supplies back to the truck.
GLEANERS - Party & Pour: The best job of all, handing out and selling BEER! (One day liquor license required). Help out in the beer garden and get beer to thirsty runners!
Saturday Clean Up Crew: Help pack up and send the whole thing home. Stick around pitching in until the field is clean, the vehicles are packed and the last Oberon can is bagged up!
We'd love for you to work more than one shift, BUT please do not double book yourself! Also, we are super excited you are willing to help out, but please do not select a job if you are not able to cover the entire shift. Cheers!
