RACE DAY - SATURDAY, November 6, 2021

RF Events Volunteer Program

Volunteer for any RF Events event and get a $30 coupon toward a future RF Events race entry!

Event Volunteers Receive:

  • Cool Volunteer Swag (Some form of shirt, hat, or gloves!)
  • $30 Coupon toward any RF Events' race entry
  • Invitation to our Annual Dash and Burn Soiree (for volunteers who join us at two or more events!)
  • A Great Big Thank You!

Volunteers must be 16 or older unless prior permission has been given by the race director.

Registration/Finish Line/Float: Distribute bibs, answer questions, meet lots of nice people. Then transition over to the finish line to hand out mugs, water and snacks to finishers! Help keep the finish area supplies and snacks refreshed & organized. Then be ready to help with other odd jobs around the event area!

Point & Cheer: Direct runners on the course, tell people where to go. Oh, and cheer!

Parking/Finish Line: Flail your arms at oncoming cars, and make as many cars fit into any given area as possible. Then transition over to the finish line to hand out medals, water and snacks to finishers! Help keep the finish area supplies and snacks refreshed & organized.

Aid Station: Re-fuel, water, cheer and aid runners.

Zero Waste Crew: Help the Dirt Crew walk away from the event with as little trash as possible. Sort! Compost! Recycle! FUN!

  • If you are available to work more than one shift, we would love that! But please make sure not to select shifts that overlap.
  • If you are running a race or plan on doing a scheduled activity, please do not select a job that conflicts with your other commitments.
